Mother Russia Fence Colouring issue?

I am working on a build and I was playing with some colouring with the Mother Russia Fence and the once uncolorable brown tone disappeared and was gone and it looked amazing and looked how it was displayed below.
I saved it then colored again to match my theme better but the brown part came back and I can't get rid of it (looks like the pic below).
I don't know which is suppose to be correct but the first looks WAY better and the second you cannot recolor is is forced dark brown. I hope we can get a fix without the brown but if it is meant to have the brown part can we at least recolor it?

My fence is not only re-colourable but doesn't have that brown bit either. I was able to do whatever I wanted with it....:

See? Red metal, woods, it all seemed to work, and I didn't have that brown bit. I'd suggest you look into your game and see if any problems may have arisen. If all else fails, I'd reinstall that individual item!
