Spellcaster can't cast spells she has learned

My spellcaster is as high as she can get and learned all of the spells/potions. When I go to the "spells" action I only have the option to scruberoo, transportaliate & duplicato (which whenever I do that the duplicate never does what I ask it to anyway so its pointless). Am I missing something?

Those are the only spells she can cast on herself. Most spells have to be cast on other sims, objects, or the ground. If you aren't getting other spells at all, then you probably have a mod installed that needs to be updated or removed.

CopyPasto is used on objects. It doesn't work on everything but it should work on food, harvestables, magic tomes, potions, bicycles, and numerous other objects.
Herbio is used on the ground to spawn a new plant. Floralorial is used on a plant to water, weed, and remove bugs all at once.
Delicioso and Grand Delicioso are used on the ground or floor to create meals.

The Mischief and Untamed spells are mostly used on other Sims or on objects.
