Build Challenge! (submit by February 20th)

I have a build challenge for anyone who wants to attempt. It is not really a "challenge", but I want to see what you come up with.
The point of this challenge is to build a house for a family of 5.
Rules:
Submission requirements:
If you don't follow any of the Submission Requirements, you will be immediately disqualified.
The family :
Luke Brooks (the dad):
Luke Brooks wants to become the best piano player in the world. He wants a room with a piano and a stage so he can preform for his family and guests (but not in his room of course!)
Lilliana Brooks (the mom):
Lilliana just wants the best for her entire family. She does not really care what her room looks like, as long as everyone else is content.
Wyatt Brooks (the kid):
Wyatt is rather lazy, but he is a very good artist! he wants a tv, comfortable furniture, and a place where he can draw, all in his own room.
Olivia Brooks (the toddler):
Olivia is very shy and always wants to be near her parents. She wants a room where her parents are always there for her.
Lucille Brooks (the teenager):
Lucille wants to become world famous! She doesn't really care how she gets famous or what she will be famous for... She wants a show-y off-y room so she can, well, show it off (obviously)
You will be scored based on how well you implemented each sim's wants, the overall aesthetics, and the functionality.
There is no physical prize for the winner, but I will post who got top 3 or 5 or whatever, based on the number of valid submissions.

- you may build on any lot
- the total cost (including the lot) must be under $50,000
- you must have at least 4 bedrooms (one for the parents, one for each child)
- you must have at least two bathrooms
- you must have at least one of: a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and a kids' playroom. these rooms can be combined (
- you may use as many packs as you want (I have all of them)
- the house must be fully functional
Submission requirements:
- upload your build to the gallery under the hashtag: #LeosBuildChallenge
- provide your origin account ID
- provide the name of the build
- provide where you built it (world, neighborhood, lot size)
- provide at lest one picture for each floor plus one of the exterior
- submit by February 20th
