  The option is found at the cell phone under Work. It costs §250, though.

  I tried this option but it is similar to TS3 for skill classes. To crash a engineering class go to a University Commons and click on a building in the distance, one of the options is Crash engineering class.

  Ah! Thank you very much it worked, altough I wanted to add that it should be done in a Foxbury commons the britechester doesn't work
