    Transferring funds without playing the sims

    I want to transfer funds to Morgyn who is a sage from Realm of Magic without having to play as him cause I want him to move into a particular house but he doesn't have enough money to move in. Is there any way to transfer money to a sim without having to play as them?

      ~ If you use a Cheat in manage worlds "freerealestate on" then any Sim can live in any house without you playing that household with no money used!
      ~ Before selecting a house for your Sims to move into, use this cheat to unlock all homes, even ones they cannot afford!(this cheat needs to be re-entered every time you use it,for each household!)
      ~ Select household in Manage households, click the doll icons (it looks like two dolls) in right hand top corner in manage worlds!
