This is something I learned last year. It's probably posted on many other sites but I didn't know about. Mainly because I loved TS3 people and stayed here.

I know there were many times I wished the map was just a little bigger. Not the 4 sizes we were given. Being lest adventurous and more into sculpting my maps, I never thought to try to make a different size map... until I was given a map to fix. The map was not normal size. I know all the normal sizes.

So, if you are like me and never really thought about it... We can make more map sizes.

What?! You say. But CAW complains if the map isn't correct.


Yes. Every size between tiny and large ~ 256 to 2048

1 chunk= 256 Tiny
2x2 chunk = 512 x 512 Small
3x3 chunk = 786 x 786
4x4 chunk = 1,024 x 1,024 medium
5x5 chunk = 1,280 x 1,280
6x6 chunk = 1,536 x 1,536
7x7 chunk = 1,792 x 1,792
8x8 chunk = 2,048 x 2,048 Large
