    Downloading store set stuck on "Loading"?

    I went to view a set and apparently I own enough to get the rest free, so I click on the download button and it just continuously loads.I tried two different browsers and clearing my cache.I'm connected to the Internet.

    Chrome
    Internet Explorer
    Firefox

      I've been getting that a lot lately as well. Sometimes a different browser helps, but there was at least once when neither Firefox nor Chrome would work, and I had to resort to Safari. Other times the only thing that helps is waiting a few minutes and sitting right on top of the wifi.

      I don't know why the store is being difficult, but if you continue to have trouble, please list the browsers that haven't worked, as well as the store content that won't download. Then hopefully someone from EA can look into the issue.

      Okay.I also notice a lot of my owned store items are asking me to buy them again...

      I am having this issue again:

      Browsers:
      Firefox
      Chrome
      Internet Explorer.

      Tried clearing cache on all three
      restarting computer
      completely shutting down and restarting.
      clearing temporary files
      Fresh Sims 3 folder
