The 50x40 lot in Del Sol Valley that sits in the Mirage Park neighborhood, that I for one find incredibly awkward to build on. Because of the multiple driveway access dips, and it's size I always get a bit of builder's block. I finally found a solution I like. I put 2 craftsman bungalows on it. One built by jennalonghill (the tan one on the left of the pics) and one I built, inspired by the Craftsman Bungalow I grew up in. What have you done with this particular lot, I would love to see your pics if you have them. You may inspire others who are stumped by all that blank space.

My build is the green on the right, the tan on the left is from the gallery by jennalonghill. It's a 30x20 lot but it looked awkward by itself on that big empty space and all the houses that fit the space seemed to big and fancy for the neighborhood, so I shifted it to the right, and built a similar home next to it.
