Hopefully my LAST Sims 3 Patching question

Hi,
Ok, I finally got my base game back patched to 1.67 using the Super Patcher and I got all Expansion & Stuff packs reinstalled from disk, but now my question is: Is How can I get the launcher to download the updates from the early packs from the period of time before pack updates were bundled with the base game because it says right out updates cannot be delivered to my machine without downloading the latest version of Origin Download Manager. However if I do that, won't it update me to patch 1.69 again whether I want it to or not? Any help anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated!
