Can we get actual opening/closing times for the food stalls now?

I really do enjoy the food stalls that are in San Mynshuno and also around in commercial areas in-certain worlds, but I was pretty intrigued when I had hovered over the curio shop in Strangerville and noticed it has actual time for when they open and close. 9am to 3am (18hr shift??? Geeze.).
I'd like to see that applied to the stalls we have as times definitely vary and I'll see the same vendor at the stall throughout the WHOLE night til the afternoon. Not sure if there's any rhyme or reason for the sims at these stands hour wise, but I'd like to see actual hours for the stalls. Sometimes they're around the same hours sometimes they're not. One of my sims seen keen on going out to go buy themselves a slice of pizza at 5am.
Actually now that I'm thinking about that I would like to be able to set the times restaurants from dine out would open and close.
