    Can't sign in to The Sims 3 launcher

    I was trying to download my Sims 3 store items on my new laptop, and was prompted by the launcher to sign in. I tried signing in several times, but each time the login screen kept reappearing as if I hadn't pressed Enter. Is there some glitch with the launcher now?

      When I have that problem, clearing my Internet Explorer cache usually takes care of it. No, I don't still use Internet Explorer, but the game does, and even if you haven't opened it at all, clearing the cache can take care of log in problems. When you do it, also uncheck "preserve favorites website data." If you're using Windows 10, you can find IE under Windows Accessories.
