Expansion Packs Disappearing?

Hi, friends

For some reason, I have to load the launcher twice lately to get my expansion packs to show up? The first time it will say no EPs so I have to close it and relaunch it. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks in advance!

I ran into this same problem a few years back, but don't remember what I did to solve it. Anyways I went and did a search on the Webb to see what I could find, and found this from this forum back in 2016.
