    I can't give a flea bath

    Whenever my pet dog has fleas, I cannot give it a flea bath, only a regular bath and sometimes they come back because my pet dog only got a regular bath. Does anyone know what I can do to fix that?

      To my knowledge, the only way to get rid of your pet's fleas is to take them to the vet. I don't believe there's an option to give a pet a flea bath at home. I've never seen one. Unless it was something that got patched in later. I haven't played with Pets in my houses for a while.
      Sim: "I'm starving!"
      Player: *instructs sim to prepare meal* "Then eat something, you little goofball!"
      Sim: *starts cooking meal*
      -5 seconds later-
      Sim: *Stops cooking meal* "I'm so hungry!"
      Player: *head hits desk*

      A regular bath is all that should be needed and there are no vets in TS3.

      No, I am talking about The Sims 3 version of the Pets expansion pack. When my dog has fleas, and I click on a bathtub to give it a flea bath, it only has a regular bath as an option. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues and how to fix it?

      Apparently, the option might not show up if you click on the bath. Try clicking on the dog instead. Additionally, your sim won't be able to give a pet a flea bath unless their relationship is high enough. (And make sure that the tub isn't against a wall, or the action may cancel.)
