    I'm doing the adventure where I have to meditate in the garden. Anyone know how to do so?

      In order to meditate, your Sim must have attained level 5 of the Martial Arts skill. Once you have done so, you may click on your Sim at any time and select the 'Meditate' action.

      You have to be skill 5 in martial arts to meditate. Once you have the skill just go to the garden and click on your sim, you'll see the option to meditate.
