Any good games for iPad?

I just recently got the new iPad mini 3, and I love it. But I haven't really found anything I really enjoy playing with it. I don't really play with it a lot, but for example on trips, playing a fun game is a good way to pass the time.
So, since I'd be very likely to play the game on an airplane, that probably doesn't have wifi, one important thing is that it doesn't need internet connection. Two games I liked that didn't need internet connection were Cut the Rope and Pudding Monsters (I had them on my old Google Nexus 7). I'm thinking of getting those games again, but since I almost played through them already (also most of the versions of Cut the Rope), I'd kind of like something new.
Also, it doesn't have to be a free game, I'm prepared to pay anything up to 5€ (possibly even a little more if it's exceptionally good).
Can anyone suggest anything good? Besides Sims -games I mostly like the kind of games, where you shoot bubbles, or something like Bejeweled, and simple games like that.

En kyllä ikinä ole pelannut Gameboylla tai vastaavilla mitään, mutta ehkä voisi testata. Ja tuota Bubble Witch Sagaa voisin vilkaista. Joku Final Fantasy kuulostaa liian monimutkaiselta (tosin pitää ehkä silti tsekata), ja Pokemon ei vaan vetoa. Mutta kiitos vinkeistä
Toi iPad mini, mikä itellä on, pyörittää aika hyvin sitä emulaattoria. Ja sehän on myös hyvä näissä, ku kerran on ladannu, niin ei nettiä enään tarvii.

Actually I noticed someone's thread here about The Simpsons tapped out. I think I'll check that out. But I tried Sims freeplay on my previous tablet, and I didn't like it. I think the worst problem is that it needs too much commitment. I don't want to look at the clock every day and think "I think I should do this and that in the game soon". I did that enough on some of the DD rotation in the Sims 3 store
I play Forge Of Empires on my phone too.
