Launcher organizer?

Is there a way to organize your launcher items, or does anybody know of a program that does? It's so frustrating trying to scroll through everything just trying to find one or two things.

There is a 3rd party CC organization tool called CC Magic which works great, but it is an entirely separate program that keeps the CC in a different folder and doesn't alter the launcher. If you went with CC Magic you'd have to do some "switching over" with your CC.
