Captain Victor Devlin I Captain
Victor Devlin completed a Communications/Operations major as a cadet with a 3.97 GPA. He specialised in Operations and Law, with his mandatory language subjects being taken in Vulcan. He was accepted into Starfleet Command School to undertake specialist command study, where he was awarded Salutatorian as a graduate. Whilst studying, he served a tour of duty on the training vessel USS Windenburg.
Even though they were in different majors, Commander Hattori and Captain Devlin became rivals the moment they sat next to each other in General Xenology.

Commander Ninu Plexus I Chief Medical Officer
Commander Plexus completed a Science major as a cadet with a ___ GPA. She specialised in Immunology/Pathology and Chemistry, with her mandatory language subjects being taken in Klingon. She was accepted into Starfleet Division of Arts & Sciences to undertake specialist medical study, where she was honoured as the top interplanetary graduate. Whilst studying, she served a tour of duty on the training vessel USS Brindleton.
When she moved Earth to join Starfleet, her mother and father applied for transfers and now work as a well-respected diplomat and liaison, respectively.

He was accepted into Starfleet Command School to undertake specialist piloting study, where he was awarded Valedictorian as a graduate. Whilst studying, he served a tour of duty on the training vessel USS Windenburg.
Seiji is extremely proud of his Japanese heritage. He is determined to carry even the most ancient of culture and rituals into the new age (and perhaps, other planets).
