    i am logged in on origin but every time i click on sims 2 desktop icon it always brings up origin this is the 1st time it has happend can some one please help me i played it yesterday it was fine. I am always signed in origin but it still opens withe sims 2.

      Try deleting the accessory and group caches.I think I know what you mean, it opens Origin instead of launching the game. Deleting the caches worked for me.

      I always launch the game in origin - go to 'my games' and click on the 'play' on your game icon
