Could this be part of the new free pack

A few days ago they posted in another thread that during Gamescon an image was leaked with an icon showing a new free pack in the main sims menu. One of the gurus said it was just a mistake, and then said that she got some bad information, or something like that. Anyway today I was looking in twitter and I found this link

It could be part of a new pack or even then new EP, but it would make sense considering what was found in the menu. What do you guys think? I would be thrilled with some new CaS items and some new furniture. The pony tail is really pretty and it looks pretty long, and I think we need some longer hairs.
