    World Adventures £6.00 of simpoints not received?!?

    Hi Folks.

    I've just registered my purchase of The Sims 3 addon, World Adventures. It says on the box and in the box that I'm suppose to get £6.00 worth of simpoints to spend at the store but I haven't received them. Do they take time to appear? Anyone know what's going on?

      Same thing here. Perhaps it takes a bit to show up? Pretty sure the first time around the points were automatically there. Hope it straightens up. :)

      Rather than look for them on you page go to to your account section and then in there you will find a box that says something like claim points (it's very, very late and my grey cells are shutting down so I can't think of the exact wording. Click on the box and your points will then show up on your page as available.

      My free simpoints are now in my account. Guess it takes a bit to show up. I'm off to shop now :)!!

      I just registered WA, and there was just 100 simpoints. Then I clicked on the link "Simpoints" and it upgraded to 1100 points. So there isn't a long delay, but you should click that link to speed it up.
