    Playing Sims 1 on Windows 10 laptop?

    So, I recently bought The Sims 1 for PC and it simply doesn't work. It installs fine, it just won't run on my laptop. Anyone know how I can get the game to play at all? Thanks in advance.

      Thankfully I kept my 8.1 laptop and it works from the Complete edition set with Disk 1 in the CD slot. Proof to me that one should always keep at least one backup laptop handy.

      I have an old laptop in my room but the only problem is that it doesn't have a disc drive! And it's tiny! And slow!
