Daily task

Okay, so I know that doing your work's daily task makes you get promoted faster. The question is, does your performance go up faster if you completed, say, 25% or 75% of the task than if you didn't start the task at all? Or do you have to get it to 100% complete before you start reaping the benefits?

I doubt it. It's especially annoying since some daily tasks take forever.

I'm really of the opinion that the mood makes more of an effect in job performance. I try to have my Sims do their daily tasks, but I also play with autonomy on full. So, I may send a Sim to do such 'home' work, but whether or not they do it is quite another thing. Sometimes, especially if they haven't even started it, I'll try to have them do it before work. But, I always make sure to have them in the appropriate mood before they leave for work. Can't sing the praises of the MCCC mod more highly. A couple of clicks and the mood is right. :)

I feel like you would have to complete it 100% to get the benefits.. But I'm not sure. Like @seungdo said, it could also be that the more you get done the more it will benefit.
This is one corner… of one country, in one continent, on one planet that’s a corner of a galaxy that’s a corner of a universe that is forever growing and shrinking and creating and destroying and never remaining the same for a single millisecond. And there is so much, so much to see.
