    My Sims 3 games appeared to be not installed?

    Alright, so today, I thought that I'd like to fire up the Sims 3 launcher via the Origin launcher so I can install the Sims 3 store content and custom content into my game. However, when I hover my mouse over the Sims 3 icon, it tells me that I need to download it.

    What the plum?! I know that I downloaded the Sims 3 games via the game CDs. And that was a while ago, so I don't know what happened in between that time and right now. Does anyone knows what caused this to happen?

      The same thing happened to me, ever since Origin updated my games were no longer downloaded. I contacted Origin via chat and it was taken care of right away.
