Game's shiny horse coats?

You know how the horses in the game have this shine that looks like they are wrapped in plastic wrap? A long time back I thought I had a mod that removed that shine so they looked more normal. Of course with the EA or Origin update on The Sims 3 a while back I must have lost it. Can anyone tell me where to find it now? I have no idea what cc site it came from. I apologize if asking this here is out of order, I didn't know anywhere else to ask.

As a member of Equus-Sims, I can confirm its the no-shine-tail-fix that was posted above. Sometimes when you edit the horse, the tail will reset to the default EA one, although it doesn't happen often.
