    How do I use this gp. There's no new content in my library

      are you sure it installed properly ? Did you get the welcome screen at game start ?

      Also are you using mods or cc in your game ?

      After you purchase and download the GP, there should be the maxis pre-made restaurants in your library. You can also build your own or find more on the gallery (you can choose restaurant under the venue options like you would for a bar, gym, park, etc. If none of these things are showing up, make sure that the pack has downloaded/installed and is listed with your other packs.

      No it didn't give me a loading screen which I thought was weird

      Sometimes you have to ask Origin to install the GP/SP/EP, so go to Origin and check to see if its actually installed or flagged as "Download"
