Rabbit hole bug

I was recently playing the new town that comes with Supernatural, my sim kids had the ballet opportunity, but couldn't complete it. It shared a lot with the stadium. The dual rabbit holes always seem to glitch and I can't complete these opportunities. This is what I tried to fix it, replacing the school and stadium with separate ones.. That just removed the opportunity. I tried moving the stadium/school lot a bunch of times, didn't help. I downloaded the rabbit hole rugs in hopes that might be a work around to complete the opportunities, that also didn't work. As of now, I feel like I can only play in towns that don't have the shared rabbit holes. I've searched and searched.. Is there any player made fix or a work around out there? I highly doubt EA will fix this at this point, it appears to have been a issue for a very long time.

This one's getting pretty close to full release. But I've been using it since near the beginning of its testing phase and it seems to be fine.
You should also always have been able to get rid of combo lots and replace them with singles, if you can find space on the map (not usually a problem with Moonlight Falls). That might kill any opportunity already accepted and in progress that involves those, but future ones should work properly. Though note OW won't be able to fix an opp that's already in progress either, only future ones.
