Exchange MAJOR Probles PLZZZ HELP ME!!!!! :'(

I had this family that I loved soo much I even placed it on the exchange and try to upload it to mod the sims but I got the pictures wrong and some other things,, B4 I got the chance to try again I had to "fix my game" now I wasn't worried because I had uploaded them to the exchange now every time I try to download them they pop up as a box on the launcher and when I launch the game they are not in the bin... I would really like to get this family back. I'll even settle for somebody else re-uploading them I just really wanna play again

One possible reason a family or sim won't show up in the bin is because of missing CC.

Thank you, LaBlue0314! That's probably why some of my old sims from my page are not showing up in game!

I thought about that but I have almost all of the CC and that doesn't stop the sims that I download from previous files on the exchange that contain cc that is no longer in my game,,, and then I thought that they would just be replaced with proxies, and I've tried everything I could thing of.. but thank you for replying @LaBlue0314
