I absolutely LOVE Irida-Sims stuff. It's all (if I remember correctly) female clothing. There may be some male clothing, though.

I find the best places for CC are TSR and Sims4Updates (They do a Sims3Updates too but this has not been updated in a while)

For Mods I go to MTS or nraas

TSR is the bomb, i definitely think you should do the 3 dollars a month, the basket is a wonderful feature! Easier organization.
