Fish Market

Id like to have my sims run a fish market, so im looking for suitable display racks/shelves, maybe something with fake ice in it to lay the fish on, and anything deco relating to a fish market, including any signs. Id also like a suitable lot to run it on, i have the worst building skills and total lack of design know how. Does anyone know where i might find any of these?

Some of my Sims are running a fish market on a market lot I downloaded from the Galery. It was created by Livele. I made some minor adjustments though.
