Do you remember when we got The Sims 2 FreeTime? It was pretty good expansion pack, and I would like to see that kind of expansion pack for The Sims 4 as well. Here's also possible info what the pack would include if it was in The Sims 4:
(Taken from the March 2014 survey for Sims 4)
"Hobbies and Skills
Awaken your Sims' true passions in life as they discover and excel at all-new activities. Whether they're tossing a football with the family, practicing ballet, playing in a band with friends, or hand crafting artsy home décor, your Sims now have more ways to build skills, enhance friendships and make their lives more successful."
Possible new content and features:
- New active careers: architechture, dancer, soccer player
- Home businesses make a return!
- New skills: dancing, skating, sewing, florist etc.
- Hobby interests system
- Expanded art possibilities (possibly Create a Style returning for crafts home décor and you could choose the patterns for certain types of hand made objects?) (also pottery could make a return)
- New music instruments (saxophone, drums, synthesizer, etc.)
- Expanded sports possibilities (football, basketball, etc.)
- Expanded nature discovering possibilities
- New dance styles (break dance, ballet, etc.)
- Skateboards for children, teens, young adults, adults and elders
- New venues: hangout venues for children, preteens (if added in the future) and teens, skate parks, basketball & football parks
- New stores: huge shopping malls, music shops, etc.
Please say "Signed" if you want this expansion pack too! I am already signed. Also more suggestions and ideas are welcome, and I will put them to the list if you tell those in this thread

But more skills are welcome, at least in my game
I hate grinding.
This sounds great.
I wish they would do something like this. I have a suggestion also...
-Making their own clothes using a sewing machine etc. (perhaps in sims 2 open for business?) giving them the ability to either wear it or sell it
Anything crafty would be great!

Sewing would be great, but I'd also like to see knitting/crocheting -- maybe if we get a Down On The Farm EP/GP that adds sheep, we could have a spinning wheel to make yarn that could be dyed and used to make sweaters, scarves, mittens and afghans.
Fun must be always -- Tomas Hertl (San Jose Sharks hockey player)
> I'd either like to see a return of the sculpting skill (like we had in Sims 3 Ambitions), or for something smaller, maybe a pottery wheel to make decorative bowls and vases.

I agree, being a crocheter myself I would love to see that in a Sims game. A farm EP/GP would be awesome for something different.
