  Which HQ mod was it? Some of them are not TS3 specific and do a lot more to your program and computer's graphics related files than adjust TS3's GraphicsRules.sgr. Is there a path provided to uninstall it?

  Okay, that appears to be an altered sgr file only not an entire program-based install. As you have already restored the original, the only other thing I can suggest is rebooting your computer if you haven't already done that.

  That makes absolutely no sense...oh wait yes, of course. I bet your options.ini file with its initial game options settings got all mixed up in the process, and that file is part of your game folder. You might have been able to get away with just pulling that one little file out.
  
  But if you are happy with your new game folder, I'm certainly not going to stand in your path of getting your game back together.
