    Can you take your sim to hospital?

    I have a sim who is pregnant and in the trailer it said you can see if your sim is having a boy or a girl. I was just wondering how to I go to the hospital to check?

      You can only go to the hospital if your sim is in labour, as far as I'm aware!

      If your sim knows a doctor outside of the hospital, assuming they are high in their career, then they can tell you the gender if you ask. Its a new interaction.

      As far as going to the hospital, it doesn't matter if your sim is spotted and coughing, or dying of exhaustion, they only care if your sim is in labor. They only care about the babies.
