I am trying to have a gold weenie roast and all but one time when I get a grillmaster, they just act like one of the guests. They won't grill and I can't find any interaction to ask them to get to work.

I had one roast that nearly got gold but for a fire near the end and that was the only one that the GM actually worked at.
