    What do you do when you tell an employee to restock things and then he is no where to be found so you have to demote him and he gets all mad because you are running a business by yourself and you can't sell things that aren't there.

      did all of that happen 7~8 hours after you've opened up your retail shop?
      if that is the case, it's because you can't make employees to work more than 7~8 hours a day.
      they would always just walk out on their own after working their max time a day.
      but they will re-appear when you close and open your store again so (:

      Employees I've hired have so far been reasonably good at cleaning and re-stocking. Just don't restock at night, and assign the task to your workers the next morning.

      Just don't trust employees to ring up customers. They're no good at that.
