If that mod exists, can someone point me to it? I already have the mod that lets you have more sims in a household, and I found one that lets your sims try for more kids, but it doesn't seem to affect the adoptions, and that's my preferred method of adding kids (you can skip baby stage completely, so of course I prefer it...)
I was considering making it myself, but I'm prone to breaking things... epically breaking things. So I was hoping some talented modder had already made one...
