    My sims motives are filled.

    They still get drinks out of the fridge. Why? there is no need to.

      I think it's a boredom thing. Lol. If I take too long to tell them to do something they're just like 'I'll go and get something to drink whilst you decide...'

      Mine do that too, then they leave glasses of milk and OJ all over the house lol!

      I'd noticed this too. At first it irked me, but then I viewed it from a different perspective: I'd rather them auto-fill dead time rather than stand in the middle of a room staring into the middle-distance while I give them a task! The glasses left lying everywhere are a pain, though

      Anyways, I think it's like a filler interaction. In sims 3 mine would use their phone or an athletic sim would start exercising.
