  Not sure I understand. I would suggest either you or the person who gifted it to you contact ea. That would probably be your best bet. Good luck!

  You can't have been gifted from the store. It might have been from Origin or else from some other shop that sells games. You'll need to find out where the gift came from and if it was supposed to have the Sim points included.

  When you buy worlds from Origin you do not get the 1900 sim points with it.
