Cant cancel opportunity

I recently got an opportunity to deliver 3 trait chips to Emit (Time traveler). I made the trait chips but I can't deliver them. I read somewhere that you can cancel opportunities, but I don't know how. Any help will be appreciated.

Go to the Sim panel for that Sim. Click on the STAR tab, for opportunities. Right click an opportunity to cancel it.
