Half Size Wall Cupboards and Different Frontages

On some of the premade kitchens there are wall cupboards that are half size (above fridges). I can't buy these from the catalogue and if I buy the kitchen as a whole and try moving them they turn into full sized wall cupboards. How do I make them / buy these little cupboards?

Also, some of them have different frontages, for example glass doors, available in these premade kitchens but I can't find them to buy singly. Any hints?

when you're looking color swatches for the cupboards if you hit the cogwheel on the left it will show you the other options.
