How can I find these "promotional" lots in the Gallery?

Before the release of the game, a few pictures from existing lots made an appearance in fansites, but now the game is released, I can't find any of them! If you go to TheSims.com and scroll to the bottom, you'll see a video where some of these lots appear as part of the Gallery, I tried looking for their names but I had no results. Did you manage to find them?
This one appears as Gnomegarten in the video, but I tried several combinations in different languages and could not find it: alalasims . com /noticias/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/TS4_054_PE_HOUSE_01_001.png
This one does not appear in the video but I would like to find it too: alalasims . com /noticias/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/TS4_054_PE_HOUSE_02_001.png
In the video, there's also Casa del Casa and Luxx.
