I preordered Sims 4 months ago, EA/Origin confirmed order for a physical copy with shipping costs and tax. When release date came and went and I hadn't received an email saying it was shipped, I contacted live chat and was told no physical copy is available through Origin, you have to get it from a third party. Three chat advisors later and they have given me a free digital copy because of the miscommunication and inconvenience. Thank you Nitin from live chat for getting that for me. EA/Origin, you got it right.
