    Is there any way to take some days of from work? I had a marriage and my Sims just went to work...:|

      all I know so far is that when you have a baby (not adopt), you get time off.

      I know that as a writer, there was the option to write an excuse note for my sim's kids, one as a young adult with his job and one as a teen in high school, but his progress still continued to drop anyway, so I had him go to school regardless. Not sure if there's any way to call out for a day.
