    How do I know what area I'm on ?

    So, I'm new to making CC. One of my favorite CCs are makeup, one of the most important makeup downloads to me was highlighting. I am in the hang of making CC hair and shirts, but when I was trying make highlights on the face I had no idea what I was painting and ended up dramatically highlighting all of her forehead, plus more. So, my question is, How do I know what area I am painting. Any tips? Maybe a program that could help? Please, anyone, help.

      What you need is a copy of the underlying face texture to set as a layer. I'm sure somebody has extracted this somewhere.

      I often extract multiple items of clothing and include them as layers while editing so I can see things like where the waistband is and where the top of the arms is even when editing a top.
