    Help! My Game Keeps Crashing

    I have a new gaming laptop, which has more than enough abilities to handle the sims 3 and it's expansions, yet my game keeps crashing. As soon as I enter gameplay, the game crashed and the message "the sims 3 has stopped working" appears. This laptop is new and cost me nearly £700, I hope it's not the laptop's fault :cry: Please help me

      My game keeps crashing as well. I can get to the page where I can choose one of my saved games and then it stops working.

      I boot up the game, but just as it finishes loading, my computer shuts down. So I try it again, same thing happens. Can anyone explain what's going on here!?! I have a mac by the way.

      crazysimmer1994 please do post computer specs, you may need to set up the laptop correctly to run the game

      Hooked1370, sorry your system is not well designed for gaming and will most likely continue to have problems see the suggestions here to minimize problems
