    DOESN'T WORK-It requires a 64x64 lot, which is provided near the beach

    Okay, I have tried this several times now. However, I cannot get the BoardWalk Venue onto your provided 64x64 lot. I keep getting a message that says, "can't place on an unroutable terrain." What?? I have done as the instructions indicated but it just doesn't work. ERRRRRRR!

      Sometimes you have to bulldoze the lot and then place it again. It's a pain but it works. :-)

      I found a few of the lots needed to be flattened first before placing prebuilt lots. Try going into build/buy mode on the vacant lot and then select flatten lot. When you return to Edit Town Mode it should hopefully work.
