One of my sims has a very strange skin. It has like red "squares" mixed in the regular skin. I can't describe it better than that. None of the other sims in my household has it. How can I fix it?

According to the DXDiag report, your laptop is equipped with two video devices: an Intel HD Graphics 4000 integrated GPU and an NVidia GeForce GT 650M dedicated GPU. For the best graphics performance and display quality it is highly recommended that you have the laptop use the NVidia dedicated GPU to play the game instead of the Intel integrated GPU (which is significantly slower and underpowered).
