Palm Deck - From IP Pictures!

Hello everyone! I'm here with Omniscient Sims by The Sims Topic Team.
I wanted to share my latest creation with you all. It was loads of fun!
First, look at this picture.

I was hoping a producer or something would release it, but then I remembered they usually only do that for Producer Walkthroughs. If I am wrong, or if someone else made it, it was still super fun to make!
Here's mine:
I know it isn't an exact replica, but I tried to get the colors perfect! I also added a piece of flooring so sims could access the balcony.
As far as the interior, I tried to keep it modern with a beachy vibe. But, I didn't want to over do it.
The house would be better to start off with a couple as it only has 1 bedroom and 2 baths. But, there is plenty of room to expand it (behind the house)!

I have been asked where you should place this lot... In the description it says: Palm Beach, Pirate Island. You do not need to unlock this island. I made sure of it.
Secondly, the closed in balcony (with the yellow interior walls), there is a chunk of roof visible. I tried to fix it but couldn't. It has been brought to my attention as a possible routing issue- but, I have tested it before I released the house. Sims can still access the balcony.
All is good.
