    Street Art skill

    How do I get it? There is no class or no books and I have the bag.

      There actually are books, but they don't look anything like a standard skillbook... I'm trying to remember titles.

      I think I solved my problem. My Skill mode was out of date!!

      You can either go to the book store and buy the volumes on street art (they're in the skills category and have street art in the title), or you can simply start painting tags and murals to build up your skill.

      The street art bag is in buy mode under hobbies.
