    can't upload to the exchange

    so for the past few days i have been trying to upload some sims I made to the exchange but everytime i try it just comes up with an in game message saying export failed and the few times that it says its been successful I can't find the sim in my launcher, so i can't upload it. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or is anyone else experiencing this too??????

      Try:

      -Clearing your browser cache and cookies (IE)
      -Logging in and out of thesims3.com
      -Logging in and out of Origin
      -Deleting the export and trying again
      -Reinstalling Origin
      http://www.origin.com/download
