    I am having trouble loging to my purchase history acct nothing coming up

    I go into my purchase history it doesnt give the info to log into it nothing, i was wondering if i am doing something wrong.

      Mine keeps telling me that my password is incorrect. Except it's that "Please log in again" screen and I put in the same password I put in to originally log in and it still tells me that my login information is incorrect....

      I am also getting an error indicating incorrect logon info. However I can log on to the site with this info, just not the store.

      I think there is something wrong with their website overall (except for the forum). I can't even get the main Sims 3 page to load.
      I have been seeing that "Oops" page and not been able to log in since last night.

      I was having the same problem, so I did a little digging in old posts on here. I found this link, and it worked!
